Whether the event is a presentation, banquet, business meeting, or youth camp, we have a space that will fulfill your conference needs. Not sure where or how to set up the event? No problem. Our experienced staff will discuss your vision with you, find the perfect location, and help create your dream event!

Once you fill out the Event Enquiry form with your event details, someone on our administrative team will reach out to you.

Summer lodging rates for 2024

Doubles: $40 per bed per night| *Singles: $45 per bed per night

*Singles will have their own room and bathroom

General Liability Insurance

*General Liability Insurance is required for non-university groups and must include Old Dominion University and the Commonwealth of Virginia as named insured and have the following minimum limits and coverage: $1,000,000 for personal injury to or death of any one person, or more than one person, as a result of any one accident or disaster, and include coverage for property damage and medical payments. The certificate of insurance is due to the space reservation office prior to a reservation being confirmed.
